I was born in Michigan however I’ve lived in Florida my entire life. After a trip to Raleigh North Carolina, I made up my mind that this is where I want to be.

I was not a kid who knew what I wanted to be when I grew up; I did know that I loved the radio!

One year for Christmas I received a radio in the shape of a ketchup bottle and that’s where it started; my love for radio! I love everything about it, the way the music made me feel and the way the DJ’s seemed to talk to me, and even though I was young I still seemed to relate to the content.

Although I love radio, a career in radio didn’t seem possible and never crossed my mind, until one day in the dentist chair. As the dentist had her hands in my mouth she asked me if I had a radio show and sparked the idea!

I landed my first radio gig in 2008 and worked hard to learn as much as I could and do every shift available to prove I belonged! I have a passion for radio, it’s something that has been with me my entire life (good and bad) and I hope to possibly be the voice that sparks a love of radio for the next generation!

Another passion is making music; I play any instrument that I can get my hands on when I’m not doing that it plays by itself in my head!

Instead of the great American novel; I’m working on the greatest Rock n’ Roll album anyone has ever heard! lol!

Otherwise life without golf wouldn’t be the same and I’ve been known to BBQ some meat. Oh yeah; I have two adult kids…where did the time go?
