Baked Broccoli

Baked Broccoli Recipe

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 25 minutes

Serving size: 3 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, coat broccoli florets in olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Spread florets out on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake broccoli for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Take the broccoli out and sprinkle with lemon zest and parmesan (optional). Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  7. Serve the baked broccoli with your choice of protein or entree.
