Instructions
1. Slice and prep2. Set up the breading station3. Bread the zucchini4. Heat the oilPour about ½ inch of vegetable oil into a skillet. Heat over medium heat until it reaches about 350°F .
5. Fry until goldenFry zucchini in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate.
6. Serve and enjoySprinkle with extra Parmesan and a pinch of salt while hot. Serve immediately with warm marinara, ranch, or even a squeeze of lemon.
