KIX Cares brings you A Time to Give Program – one of the numerous ways Bailey’s Fine Jewelry gives back to the community. Patrons can visit any Bailey’s Fine Jewelry store location (Raleigh, Cary, Rocky Mount, Greenville and Charlotte) and receive a free replacement watch battery. Bailey’s Fine Jewelry absorbs most of the cost of replacement batteries and service time, which typically range anywhere from $10 to $15 per watch, and asks instead for a charitable donation.
