Carolina Ballet proudly presents “Beauty and the Beast”. A tale as old as time, Beauty and the Beast invites audiences into a world where appearances can be deceiving and love reveals what is true. Rooted in the classic French fairy tale by Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve and later adapted by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont, this story has endured for centuries because of its timeless message. Compassion, courage, and an open heart have the power to transform.
