On Saturday you get two chances to hear the big songs this week 1982! The women are in charge with Joan Jett, The Go-Go’s, and Olivia Newton-John in the Top Five. The Seventies Rule on KIX Sunday morning with an American Top 40 from this week 1979. Casey Kasem counts ‘em down…including newcomers Dire Straits “Sultans of Swing”, and the theme song of the Pandemic Era “I Will Survive” by Gloria Gaynor!  The Doobie Brothers enjoy their first week at #1 with “What A Fool Believes”, and rocker Suzi Quatro has her only top ten hit “Stumblin’ In”.
