Eight-month-old tabby cat Rupert is such a chatty boy, he almost could have called KIX himself to record his own advertisement! But he needed a translator fluent in meow, so here I am, instead. Rupert came to Second Chance Pet Adoptions from a rural county shelter in eastern NC; though his name is quite a mature one, he is still just a baby and loves to play, play, play all day. Rupert gets along with the other kittens in his cageless community room and is also a big fan of the children who come to visit sometimes, so we think he’d do just fine in an active home that can give him lots of attention with lasers, toy mice, and wand toys.
