As a 2014 vintage, she has experienced some loss of pigmentation as is common with this varietal, but she remains an easy-to-drink in gal you’ll fall in love with. Welded into her outdoor cage by her former owner, Merlot is complex and layered, but with time, she turns mellow and smooth. She is full-bodied, so caloric indulgence should be in moderation (for her).
