Tom is a 4 year old mixed breed boy that came to us after being seized from a homicide investigation. He spent a good amount of his life chained up outside and has a fear of strangers as a result, but his fosters say he’s doing very well with the help of training! He loves to run and play with doggie friends and is even doing some agility training to help get his energy out! His fosters say his favorite thing is belly rubs and giving people kisses. He is house trained and crate trained, but does not like cats and is a bit too high energy for small kids. Tom is looking for someone with patience that will understand his background, and continue to show him that the world is a good place!
